After graduating from the University of Arizona – summa cud laude
– I decided that I wanted to move to a big city… so I did! I have a tendency to take an idea and run with it until it is accomplished – so a week later I found myself surrounded by the beautiful views atop Nob Hill, San Francisco.
I am currently in an entry level marketing position, but am the classic case of a driven, intelligent, stop-for-nothing person who just isnt quite sure what direction she wants to funnel all of her energy in.
Cursed with the genes of a neverending thinker – I found that writing helped to calm my nerves and make me realize the world isn’t as complicated as I make it. Although, sometimes, I think it still may be. Hence this blog. Morgan meets real life.
I’m an avid believer in smiles, laughter, optimism, positive thinking, and the golden rule. I have strong opinions, and my biggest downfall is having the tendency to hold others to the same standard to which I hold myself. My passion for psychology, sociology, business, musicals, and baked goods combined with my tendency to dance around in my room with a hairbrush probably encompasses most of who I am. While I find it a cathartic release and enjoy participating in the gen-y blog community, I often find it difficult to write about myself — seems like a funny thing to admit on an “About” page. Oh well.
